Hummingbird Hovering Near Large … Coloring Page

A little hummingbird flies through the air with its long beak reaching toward a friendly sunflower. The large flower features a happy smiling face in its center, surrounded by neat petals. Below, big leaves grow from the sturdy stem, while tiny droplets float through the bright sky alongside fluffy clouds and a beaming sun. Using this Hummingbird Hovering Near Large Sunflower coloring page gives children a wonderful chance to bring a cheerful garden scene to life.

Bright yellow petals with a warm brown or orange center look lovely on the sunflower. You can color the hummingbird with shades of emerald green, blue, or red, while filling the background sky with light blue. Since this page has clear outlines and medium details, kids can practice staying inside the lines while blending crayon shades together.

Did you know that hummingbirds can flap their wings up to 80 times every second? Ask your child to count all four leaves on the flower stem or tell a short story about how the little bird and the happy sunflower became best friends.
